Rule 1

1.  Tell her every day she is the most beautiful, smart, funny, and patient girl in the world.

My Girl "Happy"-
As a new parent you do what you can, you read books, blogs, Facebook posts, magazine articles, watch videos all in hopes of being the greatest DAD in the universe. You try to translate advice and others experiences to never make "Those Mistakes", then one moment you realize. You have to do it yourself!!!

This is Happy and Dad. Happy is now 19 months of awesome. 19 months ago I was a dude. Did dude things with all my dude friends. I've been sky diving, hiked mountains and competed in triathlons. I've traveled the U.S and have met amazing people. But 19 months ago I came to Life. Happy has taught me something everyday. So... I have decided to share our misadventures with the world.

My name is Joe Fonseca...Gym owner, personal trainer and Bootcamp instructor. I volunteer to my time working with kids. I have No hands but do have arms (that comes up a lot with people, they would ask "what happened to your arms"?  "Nothing" I'd say, "but I cant feel my fingers".) I train for anything competitive. I love sports and winning! While those are things I love doing, I AM DADDY!!! and Happy reminds my of this about a million times a day. I am Fortunate enough to have Happy with me at my gym all day every day... because of this the two of us get to have something of an unusual relationship. its seems like just about every first she has had has pretty much been in the gym!!! Walking, talking, using the potty. Have there been challenges along the way? OH, YES INDEED. will there be more challenges? looks like it... it took 3 hours and a lot of walking to and from the computer to get this post done. Awesome!!!

Happydad out!
